You must be 25 years old and have a valid ID to rent a condo at Atlantic Towers.

Yes! Long term rentals are available from October through March.

Units sleep between one and six occupants. No more than six are allowed in one.

Yes, Atlantic Towers is oceanfront! All our suites have balconies or patios facing Carolina Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. There’s a private beach access just for our guests.

The minimum stay is two nights.

For a 2-4 night reservation, at least five days notice is required prior to check-in to receive a refund of 50% of the deposit taken when the reservation was secured.

If it is four days or less to the date of check-in when we receive notice of a cancellation, there will be no refund available.

For reservations of five days or more, we need 13 days notice prior to the date of check-in to refund 50% of the original deposit made. If it is 13 days or less prior to the date of check-in, no refund will be available.

Please remember that we allow you to reschedule your dates up until the end of the current calendar year at no charge, but understand rates will be determined by new dates chosen and specifically requested units may no be available.

Atlantic Towers features the following amenities:

Each condo suite has at least one bedroom, a private bathroom, a full kitchen, and a living room area as well as a balcony overlooking Carolina Beach and the ocean. All rooms are fully furnished.

Parking, pools, and beach access. There’s also maintenance service in case anything goes wrong with your unit.

Yes, wifi is included. In fact, each room has its own individual wifi network.

Sorry, but no, pets are not allowed at Atlantic Towers.

We have 137 fully furnished beachfront condo units. Each condo includes at least one bed, a bathroom, a full kitchen, a living room, television, and a balcony or patio overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and Carolina Beach.

No. Each condo is individually owned and decorated by the owner. You could book a different unit every time and tell us which one is your favorite, but you’ll have to come visit at least 137 times!

All rooms on the ground floor have patios, but all the rooms on floors two through eleven have balconies.

Yes. Each room has a balcony (or patio if you’re on the ground floor) facing the the Atlantic Ocean at Carolina Beach.

Atlantic Towers was built in 1984. It’s constantly being maintained to keep it in tip-top condition.

How many rooms do you need? If you’ve got an event, such as a wedding or a corporate event, we’d be happy to discuss it with you and work out some group discounts. Give us a call!

Yes, we have two private beach accesses for our guests.

Yes, parking is included. Each unit rented is allotted two parking permits.

There are two pools at Atlantic Towers! One is an outdoor pool and the other is a heated indoor pool. They’re right next to each other.

There’s no gym at Atlantic Towers, but there are several in Carolina Beach.

Atlantic Towers does not provide any some of food, but there are tons of terrific restaurants in Carolina Beach.

Yes, linens and towels are provided and changed daily.

Smoking is not allowed in the rooms, on the balconies, or in the pool areas.

There’s no concierge service at this time.

Condos at Atlantic Towers are owned by a variety of individual owners. We’re not at liberty to name people (and it changes as people buy and sell their places here), but if you’re interested in becoming an owner, check out the For Sale page.

Yes! Each condo is individually owned and sometimes they come up for sale. Check our For Sale page for more information.

There is SO MUCH to do in Carolina Beach!

There is, of course, the beach and all that entails, like taking walks, sunbathing, fishing,  boat charters, swimming, surfing, and other water sports.

The renowned NC Aquarium at Fort Fisher is  a short drive down the road.

Carolina Beach is home to so many restaurants. There are chains on the island, but there are also countless local restaurants with unique personalities.

The Boardwalk is home to some of these restaurants as well as shops and bars and even amusement park rides. And don’t miss the fireworks in the summer!

Carolina Beach and next door neighbor Kure Beach have tons of events going on throughout the year. You can check out upcoming event here.

There are lifeguards on the beach (not at the pools) from Memorial Day to Labor Day from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Atlantic Towers has two elevators which were completely rebuilt in 2021. 

Yes, we have a grill at our pavilion, which is between the pool and the beach.

Each unit should already have extra pillows, but if you just gotta have more just ask the staff at the front desk.

We have coin-operated washers and dryers on the ground floor.

We do not have any pack & plays or cribs available.

There are several local businesses that offer bike rentals.

There are a couple local businesses that can rent out beach equipment.

If the kids like the beach, swimming pools, or arcade games, then yes, there are things for them to do.

Outside of Atlantic Towers, there is a lot to do in Carolina Beach and in nearby Wilmington.

Condos are thoroughly cleaned after each checkout.

According to Google Maps, Atlantic Towers is exactly 20.5 miles from ILM International Airport and is a 32 minute drive.
